This may come as a shock to you, but the Federal Government, and in particular the Executive Branch, is not Accountable to the American People. I am just telling you the Truth, no pie in the sky, no wish upon a star, or irrational optimism, just the truth. If you think we have a Bill of Rights and a Constitution you are sadly mistaken. What we have in the USA is a Constitutional Dictatorship run under UCC law, and International Maritime Admiralty Law.

All the President has to do is a declaration of emergency, and the USA reverts to a dictatorship, and the USA has been under declaration of emergency since 1933.
