Dear FBI Investigators:
I am writing on behalf of hundreds-of-thousands of Americans attending this communication through an extensive media network and a team of attorneys who support this NOTICE OF URGENT REQUEST FOR INVESTIGATION into matters stated herein.
Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz is a world leading drug-industry investigator that has served your bureau faithfully in the past as an expert in the anthrax mailings. Your records show that officials in the FBI made him a "suspect" in the anthrax mailings because his alert to your bureau came a week BEFORE the first mailings were even announced in the press. He is not a psychic. He uses hard cold science, filed patents, and other certifiable documents as evidence upon which he draws his conclusions. As a Harvard-trained expert in behavioral science and emerging diseases, he has studied and used in science for public service your bureau's Motivational Model for Sexual Homicide by Ressler, Douglas and McCormack in your Quantico facility. So he respects your bureau, and prays this NOTICE finds its way to individuals in your bureau that are trustworthy, reasonable, and concerned as public servants with saving lives, protecting people, and bringing criminals to justice.
For these reasons, and the urgency of his disclosures, I request immediate interrogation of him concerning the evidence and politically/economically explosive issues raised by his discoveries. This information and appeal demands a legitimate and urgent investigation of a criminal trust based in New York City, threatening the American people and others worldwide.

As detailed herein, Dr. Horowitz and co-investigator Sherri Kane uncovered stunning documents proving an international drug ring, operating within the Partnership for New York City, is behind the H1N1 swine flu fright and potentially deadly vaccination campaign "fast-tracked" for administration this fall; threatening widespread population intoxication with "live," genetically unstable, pathogenic viruses in a mixture of deadly chemicals.
Dr. Horowitz's discoveries show these suspects in this private global biotechnology trust are behind everything you ever heard about pandemic flu, including its origin and alleged prevention via vaccination. They are behind the pandemic's creation, media persuasions, vaccination preparations, and health official promotions seen everywhere from supermarkets to health clinics.
This is a David Rockefeller organized trust that engages several powerful partners on Wall Street, including media moguls Rupert Murdock, Morton Zuckerman, Thomas Glocer, and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Jerry Speyer. These people are now implicated in conspiracy to advance global genocide.

Health commerce internationally is also controlled virtually entirely by this trust that exercises near complete control over mainstream media to promote/propagandize its products and services for the drug cartel's organized crime. This trust, in essence, makes or breaks medical and natural healing markets, primarily through the mass media companies and propaganda it wields for social engineering and market building.
More stunning revelations from the Horowitz-Kane research include those linking Larry Silverstein, of Silverstein Properties, Inc., and the 9-11 terrorist attacks, to this drug cartel's geopolitical, economic, and population reduction activities. Mr. Silverstein, leaser of the World Trade Center who authorized to have Building-7 "pulled," suggesting detonation, is a chief suspect in the "9-11 truth" investigation. Silverstein is currently landlord and co-partner in this biotechnology trust founded by David Rockefeller and implicated by these new discoveries.
If these people can get away with killing more than 3,000 people in 8 seconds on 9-11, they are completely capable of murdering millions, even billions, of people worldwide this flu season.
