Rice Signals Rejection of House Subpoena

OSLO, Norway (AP) -- Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said Thursday
she has already answered the questions she has been subpoenaed to
answer before a congressional committee and suggested she is not
inclined to comply with the order.
