Rough Draft for 9/11 Accountability Presentation

Members feel free to critique this proposed rough draft, for the presentation I will be giving at the 9/11 Acountability Conference in Chandler, AZ. Suggestions are Welcomed.

I hope you are doing well, and handling the pressures of organizing this worthy event. Veterans don't speak with one voice, and so I can't speak for Veterans, I can only speak for myself. Below is a rough draft of an opening portion of my proposed presentation. One thing you can be sure of my presentation will be true, to the point, tight, and exciting, and motivational.

I cannot write a speech for which a time is not determined. Kent I wish I had at least some idea of how much time I will have available. Anyways the rough draft below will give you some idea about what I want to talk about, and what the message of this Veteran will be to the people, as well as fellow Veterans.

9/11 and The False Cause for Wars

Accountability
1. the state of being accountable, liable, or answerable.  
2.Education. A policy of holding schools and teachers accountable for students' academic progress by linking such progress with funding for salaries, maintenance, etc. [Origin: 1785–95; account(able) + -ability ]

Well like I said before, the US government is not accountable, or at least has not been so far with regard to 9/11, and many other egregious contemps for law. The government's answers to the people's questions, like the 9/11 Jersey Widows who pushed for investigation, was the 9/11 Commission. Like a student who failed to complete an assignment, they made up a story to cover their negligence, and or complicity. We the people, know the 9/11 Commission lied, and or allowed testimony that was on it's face false, and failed to follow up with the proper questions and investigations, but rather gave us obfuscations, half truths and outright lies. We the people still have no complete answer to the question: "What happened to Building 7" or "Why can't we see the Pentagon videos"?  Well the unanswered questions could fill volumes.    

 In another sorry example of unaccountability is the case of Wilson, Plame, Libby, Cheney, and Bush, and the Niger Yellow Cake document forgery. Though the case is not over as of yet, it looks like even the scapegoat may get away with the answer "I forgot whom I talked to and when I talked to them." This is a clear case of complete contempt for our country and the rule of law. Bush unilaterally and illegally declassified information that a third grader would know better than to divulge.  It was revenge and retribution and plausible deniability in a country of law rather then men? Just a show trial, a dog and pony show to make we the people think they are doing something. Like the 9/11 Commission, lots of shuffling of feet, a lot of getting nowhere fast.

 So now comes the biggest question of them all. How do we the people get accountability from out public servants?  So far we have failed and failed miserable to have our questions answered. The Stanley Hilton 9/11 suit dismissed on the basis of the "Doctrine of Sovereign Immunity" which means the King is never wrong. The Ellen Mariani, Philip Berg 9/11 suits goes broke, and the William Rodriguez, Philip Berg suit trudges through the courts to the same destination as the aforementioned, nowhere.

With all legal avenues barricaded where will we the people go for accountability? This is a tough question, and it is met with tough answers. I could say "I don't know" but that is not a true answer. We know what we have to do, if we want to be free. But like most of our options, this one in unmentionable, and perhaps even illegal in the letter of the law, but in the spirit of the law it is a duty, shared by Veterans, Active Duty, as well as any citizen.    

As Veterans we vow to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Active duty military are subject to the same oath, as well as laws that would prevent the following of illegal orders, in the UCMJ, Nuremberg Principles, and International Law. Isn't it ironic that Lt. Watada is the only officer in the US military that is truly following orders, and was court marshaled for it?  The Watada court martial was ruled a mistrial and you can't be tried twice for the same crime, so it appears Lt. Watada got accidental justice. 

I advocate that Veterans and Active Duty personnel abide by the laws of the USA, and the solemn oath we all took to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic. And Arrest these Criminals! Arrest them! Arrest them!
