The media reported that James M. Roux, an
attorney, was age 42 when he perished aboard
flight 175 on 9/11. James M. Roux is not listed in
the Social Security Death Index. Over 6 1/2 years
later Mr. Roux still has an active phone listing in
the Hartford, Connecticut, phone directory with the
law firm of Danaher, Lagnese & Neal, P.C.
