Breaking: Democrats plan bill to limit U.S. war mission --Senators' move directly challenges authority granted to President Bush 22 Feb 2007 Determined to challenge President [sic] Bush, Senate Democrats are drafting legislation to limit the mission of U.S. troops in Iraq, effectively revoking the broad authority Congress granted in 2002, officials said Thursday.
