If a Leninist wanted to promote communism they would start a group of Anti-communist that way they end up as the leader of their opposition. If they wanted to promote zionism they would tout anti-zionism to the same end and for the same purpose. to be the leader of their enemy. Pretty simple, but very effective, all they have to do is lie about what they are up to. When you consider the possible scenarios you had better factor in lying, it makes things much more complicated, but that is the way it is.
