CFR's Calls for Regional Currencies is a Fraud
Lee Rogers
Friday, May 4, 2007
The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) recently published an essay from Benn Steil titled "The End of National Currency." In his essay Steil advocates the implementation of multinational currencies and for nations to abandon unwanted currencies. Steil asserts that globalization is a good thing and that multinational currencies would be more compatible with globalization. Although I do agree that multinational currencies would be more compatible with globalization, the very concept of globalization is horrible and is being used to consolidate power and wealth in the hands of the few. Globalization must be resisted and Steil's promotion of globalization and multinational currencies is based strictly on the fact that it would benefit the few people at the top and help create a New World Order. Below is the summary of Steil's article that can be found at this link. The End of National Currency
Summary: Global financial instability has sparked a surge in "monetary nationalism" -- the idea that countries must make and control their own currencies. But globalization and monetary nationalism are a dangerous combination, a cause of financial crises and geopolitical tension. The world needs to abandon unwanted currencies, replacing them with dollars, euros, and multinational currencies as yet unborn.

9/11 “Jersey” Widows need 4,000 more signatures to head back to Washington

May 3, 2007 -- Last February, I wrote an article published on the Muckraker Report titled, 9/11 Widows Keep on Asking the Tough Questions, which featured interviews with four of the famous “Jersey Girls,” the 9/11 widows who spearheaded the drive to form the 9/11 Commission and who are still seeking government accountability on 9/11. In the article, I drew attention to a petition the widows have set up online, demanding the release of some important documents relating to the 9/11 attacks. As widow Lorie van Auken says in the article, “If we were to get to 15,000 names on this petition, we’d take it to Washington.”

Amazing night

Dear MoveOn member,

Could you hear the noise last night? We gathered at over 350 veto rallies across the country. With pots, pans, noisemakers, horns, bells, whistles, and our own chants and cheers, thousands of MoveOn members and allies sent a powerful message: Congress must stand firm against Bush's veto. As Congress decides how to respond, we're going to keep the pressure on. It's time to end the war and start bringing the troops home.

The rallies successfully shaped the media message. CNN gave the rallies prominent national coverage--and hundreds of regional stations and papers cited the rallies as evidence of the growing consensus against the war. Here's a typical example, as reported by a MoveOn member who watched the news after his event:

On NY1 News and WNBC local, we were part of the lead story about the Congressional/ presidential summit on the veto. As such, the story was not about compromise, but about how many insist that we get out, the support for the bill, and the impatience people have with getting us out of Iraq.--John B., Bronx, NY
Participants reported overwhelming support from passing pedestrians and cars:

There are so many people who feel just the way I do! Who knew there were so many right in my city? These are not activists. These are regular people. The sense of solidarity and joy was palpable. Fabulous.--Giovanna P., Miami, FL
I stood there and banged on a pot lid with a butter knife and shouted and yelled to end this war. (It was a really loud pot lid. My ears are still ringing!) We yelled and chanted and made a ton of noise every time somebody waved or beeped. And here's the amazing thing. The cars driving by honked, they made peace signs out the windows, they waved, they yelled. I stopped counting after 100 cars had let us know that they are with us.--Cindy B., Frederick, MD

The positive response of passersby made the event worth attending. The statistic that 70% of the American public no longer supports this
administration's handling of the Iraq War seemed to prove true in the amount of support that we received.--Andrew S., Tulsa, OK
We sent a crystal-clear message to Congress and President Bush: the American people refuse to be vetoed. Veterans, elected officials, faith leaders, military families, students, and retirees all came out in force, demanding an end to this war. At our rallies--some with just a few people, others with several hundred; some with speakers, some just with noise--we made an impact that matched the importance of the moment.

Check out photos of the event that have already been submitted by clicking here:

Yesterday was a testament to our ability to mobilize quickly. Going forward, we'll be out in the streets, on the phones, on the web, and at the doors as often as we need to until the troops are home safely.

Thank you for coming out yesterday, and for all you do,

Major Italian TV network: WTC Building 7 was demolished with explosives

"Seven is exploding"

Welcome to all foreign readers. Luogocomune is a news commentary site
(all in Italian, thus far) featuring a large, separate section on
9/11. In a way, the whole website revolves around the idea that
unless that paramount, unacceptable lie called "the 9/11 terrorist
attacks" is removed and put into right perspective, the downward
spiral towards this new "dark age" of humanity will never stop.

To us "9/11 victims" are not only the 3,000 people that perished on
that day, but also some 650,000 civilians killed in Iraq since the
invasion began, 100,000 plus Afghans who've met the same fate in
their country, more than 3,000 US soldiers sent by "Dick & Rummy" to
die under false pretense, and --sadly but truly -- the ever
increasing number of first responders who were knowingly sent to
their death by an administration that could be defined "criminal" for
this one action alone.

It's for them all that we fight.

Now for some interesting news we wish to share with anyone interested
in 9/11 worldwide.

On April 16, 2007, a major Italian network (Canale 5) has aired some
conclusive evidence that Building 7 did not collapse on its own, but
was deliberately taken down with the use of explosives.

The piece was part of a larger presentation we provided to the
network as an update on the ongoing research on 9/11. In particular,
we included a clip we had all seen many times before, but possibly
never listened to with the full attention it deserved. Here is the 6
min. segment (please ignore yellow subtitles):

The Science of 9/11: What's Controversial, What's Not

Propaganda by the government and the corporate media would have us believe that the 9/11 "inside job" hypothesis is not merely
controversial but unsupported by proof. That is wrong. Academics,
experts, and scholars who have examined the physical evidence and
considered this event within its historical context tend to converge in agreement that the inside-job hypothesis is, in fact, strongly
supported by the available evidence, while the version advanced in The 9/11 Commission Report is not only false but provably false and in crucial respects physically impossible. That the official account of 9/11 is a lie and that 9/11 appears to have been an inside job is no longer a matter of serious scientific debate. If you have any doubt, visit our site at

Even though the broad outlines of what happened are no longer
controversial--for example, we know that The World Trade Center was intentionally demolished by a high-energy causal process physically unrelated to plane crashes and resulting fires--the precise details of how the perpetrators carried out the attack remains the subject of intense controversy. What we know with relative certainty about 9/11 is already the story of the century: it demands re-thinking our
history, our politics, perhaps even our way of life. From a scientific rather than political standpoint, controversial questions about what may have happened on 9/11 are fascinating and challenging--not least of all because they could lead to a better understanding of 9/11 with respect to its social and political significance. And if high-tech weaponry was used at the WTC, that would rather strongly implicate the Department of Defense as their source.

In an attempt to clarify these matters, Scholars for 9/11 Truth will be hosting a conference entitled "The Science of 9/11: What's
Controversial, What's Not", to be held 3-5 August 2007 in Madison, WI. I think we can all agree that the most important dimension of our
efforts is explaining why the "official account" that the government has advanced cannot be sustained. Since there can be disagreements even here about what we should or should not emphasize and what has or has not been proven to an extent sufficient to emphasize them as basic "refutations" of the government's account, Kevin Barrett and I will discuss the science and the politics of 9/11 research as the opening session.

The major sessions will be devoted to the issues that have tended to divide us. Judy Wood, Frank Greening, and Bob Fitrakis will explore and analyze the serious possibility that non-conventional means,
including high-tech, directed energy weapons, may have been used along with conventional methods to destroy the World Trade Center. Jerry Leaphart, Ed Haas, Morgan Reynolds, and Judy Wood will discuss their historic legal actions involving the NIST. Morgan Reynolds, Rick
Rajter, and Dave von Kleist will discuss what did or did not happened to the planes alleged to have hit the Pentagon, Shanksville, and the WTC on 9/11. Ed Haas of THE MUCKRACKER REPORT will present our keynote address on "The National 9/11 Non-Debate".

Registration, including lunches on both days, will be $125. Attendance at the meeting is limited to 150 participants. This conference will be distinctive by focusing on the issues that have divided us, by longer sessions dealing with them in great depth and, by virtue of its size, affording unusual opportunities for personal interaction between the speakers and the participants. You will get to know Kevin Barrett, Judy Wood, Morgan Reynolds, Ed Haas, Jerry Leaphart, Bob Fitrakis, Frank Greening, Dave von Kleist, Rick Rajter, Jim Fetzer, and more.

3-5 August 2007, Madison, WI

The conference will be held at the Radisson Hotel Madison, 517 Grand Canyon Drive, Madison, WI 53719. Information about the hotel may be located on-line at

The hotel provides complimentary breakfasts, has a pool and exercise room, with very nice accommodations. The rooms run $99 per night. Registration, including two lunches, will run $125.

Anyone who has thoughts about the program that they would like to
share is welcome to forward them to me at at their earliest convenience. This conference should provide an opportunity for experts on complex and technical scientific questions to explain their research and its significance. My hope is that by subjecting each others' research to rigorous but collegial criticism, the
attention-getting controversial aspects of 9/11 research may be turned into a benefit, rather than a distraction, in the larger process of seeking and exposing the truth about 9/11 and gaining an adequate
scientific understanding of how all of this was done.

Fwd: I have had a great last 2 days - May 4, Kent State

This week has been a blast for me.
I was able to be at KSU when Alan Canfora made his announcement of a
recording of the events of May 4, 1970 and got a copy from Alan, who
is a very nice man. We have had some really good conversations. He
just needs to hear that it was wrong that the National Guard shot at
the students and I really don't think that's too much to ask for.

I met Mary Ann Vecchio on May 3rd at the May 4 tour site. She hugged
me and said she was thankful that we (the students) are keeping the
story alive. Also a very warm person. My heart broke when she was
crying at the marker of where Jeff Miller died and her infamous
picture was taken.

Today I met Cindy Sheehan. I gave her a ride to her hotel from the
airport. She is speaking at the May 4 activities tomorrow. She has
been helping Tim get his story out about the incident at the
library. I'm so grateful that I've known her for a while and to get
to meet her today and talk to her about stuff, that was nice. That
and having some media cover what happened at the library, has been
good and eye opening. and an independent
journalist, Sarah Olson, are writing stories on Tim. Sarah is one of
the journalists who were asked to testify about her story for about Lt. Watada. I've sent the story to Mike Malloy
too and I hope he picks it up.

You know, it's awesome to meet people you admire, but I realized
something today. The only way that change happens is when we refuse
to let others run all over us. That change comes from each of us
individually and then mixes together for the good of all.

On a side note I got to meet some of the Psalters (a Christian music
group that I love listening to) and I will get to see them perform

Things are awesome. Dispite the fact that Tim might go to jail, now
that the fear is removed, I'm incredibly ok with it and so is Tim.

If you're in Kent, Ohio on Friday, please come to the May 4 events on
the commons. And if you can, visit with me at the Eyes Wide Open
display, which is boots on the ground for every Ohio soldier who has
lost their life in Iraq.

Peace - there is no other option!

Fwd: Potential terror jurors cite 9/11 doubts

Potential terror jurors cite 9/11 doubts By CURT ANDERSON,
Associated Press Writer Thu May 3, 2:31 PM ET

MIAMI - Many potential jurors in the Jose Padilla terrorism-support
case say they aren't sure who directed the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks
because they don't trust reporters or the federal government.
"There are too many ifs, too many things going on," one male juror
said. "I don't know the whole story."
Others say they just don't pay close enough attention to world
events to be certain.
"I'm oblivious to that stuff," one prospective female juror said
during questioning this week. "I don't watch the news much. I try to
avoid it."
The doubts were noted by a significant portion of the more than 160
people who have been questioned individually since jury selection in
the case began April 16.,0,4164965.story

If investigator's allegations are true, it doesn't get much worse than this. At least when it comes to being an awful parent. An Air Force officer stationed on Guam has been arrested and charged with - among other things - using his own children to make pornographic pictures.
Capt. Michael Dunlop is being held in $100,000 bail after he was taken into custody by cops who say they found numerous sex videos and "devices" in the officer's off-base home. Dunlop's 29 year-old wife, Kendall Rachelle Dunlop, also faces the same charges. They were arraigned at Guam Superior Court in Agana.

Bush vetoes Iraq war funding bill 01 May 2007 Dictator Bush 'used his veto pen for only the second time' [No, what about the 750+ signing statements that Bush has signed?] Tuesday after Congress sent him a war spending bill that would impose timelines to withdraw U.S. troops from Iraq.

Four years later, mission (passage and implementation of the oil law in Iraq) *not* accomplished! Downer can't confirm al-Qaeda chief's death 02 May 2007 Foreign Minister Alexander Downer says reports the leader of 'al-Qaeda' in Iraq has been killed have not being confirmed. Iraqi interior minister Jawad al-Bolani said yesterday highly reliable information indicated Abu Ayyub al-Masri, leader of al-Qaeda in Iraq, had been killed north of Iraq. An al-Qaeda linked group denied the report, however, and US officials said it could not be confirmed. [Al-Masri can be used to die again, on the next big US casualty day.]

Army Squeezes Soldier Blogs, Maybe to Death 02 May 2007 The U.S. Army has ordered soldiers to stop posting to blogs or sending personal e-mail messages, without first clearing the content with a superior officer, Wired News has learned. The directive, issued April 19, is the sharpest restriction on troops' online activities since the start of the Iraq war. And it could mean the end of military blogs, observers say. Military officials have been wrestling for years with how to handle troops who publish blogs. The new rules obtained by Wired News require a commander be consulted before every blog update.

U.S. Army clamping down on soldiers' blogs 02 May 2007 The U.S. Army is tightening restrictions on soldiers' blogs and other Web site postings to ensure 'sensitive information about military operations' [the truth] does not make it onto public forums. Soldiers in war zones are already subject to restrictions on blogging and public posts. But the Army's new regulation could affect service members who have returned from war zones and started blogs about their combat experiences.

US official tells Australia bird flu pandemic inevitable 30 Apr 2007 Australia must brace itself for an influenza which can't be prevented, a visiting US official has warned. [Right, that's because the US is starting it.] Eric Hargan, the US Acting Deputy Secretary of Health and Human Services, said during a speech in Sydney that the world was overdue for a flu pandemic, and Australia must take heed. Such an event probably could not be prevented, no nation would be spared, and any community that was relying on a national-level government to offer a life line "will be tragically wrong", Mr Hargan told the conservative think tank The Sydney Institute on Monday night. FDA: Millions of Chickens Fed Contaminated Pet Food 01 May 2007 Up to 3 million broiler chickens were fed melamine-tainted pet food and then sold on the U.S. market beginning in early February, U.S. health officials said in a press conference held late Tuesday. The contaminated pet product made its way into poultry feed at 38 Indiana farms, 30 of which produced broiler chickens destined for restaurants and supermarkets, said officials at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Department of Agriculture [Agribusiness].

Deserted beehives, starving young stun scientists 01 May 2007 "The bees were gone," David Hackenberg says. "The honey was still there. There's young brood (eggs) still in the hive. Bees just don't do that." On that November night last year in the Florida field where he wintered his bees, Hackenberg found 400 hives empty... The discovery by Hackenberg, a beekeeper from Lewisburg, Pa., was the first buzz about a plague that now afflicts 27 states, from the East Coast to the West. Beekeepers report losses of 30% to 90% of their honeybee hives, according to a Congressional Research Service study in March. Some report total losses.

Alfons interviews activist at the Emergency Rally to End
the War Today Wednesday 05022007, in Toledo

Alfons v911t

Good Video puts 9/11 into historical context

Why out of all the 911 videos of high quality does this one, LC, gain so much promotion (even if criticized) on UK Fox, BBC, dutch tv, etc.?

Is it related to the fact that it never suggests an alternative power structure like the NWO, CFR, Trilateral, etc.: the perp trail ends at Bush-Cheney.

body, td, font, p, div, blockquote { font-family: arial, verdana, sans-serif !important; font-size: 10pt !important; } td, font, p, div, blockquote { /* overflow: hidden; */ } Congress just passed a plan to start bringing our troops home this year. President Bush is going to veto it. We're having rallies all around the country on Wednesday—when the veto is expected—to oppose the veto and urge Congress to stand firm.1 Can you join us in Toledo?
Join Us at a Rally
Dear MoveOn member, Congress is about to send an important bill to the White House—it would require the president to start bringing our troops home from Iraq this year. President Bush has said repeatedly he's going to veto it. It's outrageous. Most Americans support a timeline and he's standing in the way.
This will be a pivotal moment on Iraq—it's not clear what Congress or the president will do after the veto. We need to make clear that President Bush is really vetoing the will of the American people. And we need to tell Congress to hold firm. There are already more than 200 rallies planned and it's really important to turn out in big numbers to get our message across. There is one right near you in Toledo. Can you make it tomorrow? Here are the details:

If this event doesn't work for you, click below to search for another rally near you: Four years ago today, President Bush declared "Mission Accomplished" in Iraq. Now there is a plan on the table that will finally start bringing our troops home—but the president is going to veto it. By doing so, he's vetoing the will of the people. Congress has two options on how to respond—they can either cave to the president's pressure or stand strong and demand accountability from him on Iraq. Members of Congress are going to be gauging public reaction in the next few days to decide which path they'll follow. There's also a fun twist to these rallies: We'll be using noisemakers to demonstrate that President Bush and Congress cannot ignore us any longer—our voices must be heard. As Senator Feingold recently wrote:
By carrying out his veto threat, the President will mark yet another sad day in the history of this war. But that veto should be seen as a rallying cry for the vast majority of Americans who believe that the time has come to again stand up, and stand together, with one voice, and demand a policy that makes sense—one that puts our country and our national security first. A policy that makes America safer, not weaker.2

Now is the time to take a strong stand against the president's reckless policy in Iraq. Together, we'll show the media and Congress that we won't stand for another blank check for the president on the war. Can you join us? Click below to search for a rally near you.
Thanks for all you do,

Fwd: Loose Change 2 to be In-Flight Movie for Virgin Atlantic

Loose Change 2 to be In-Flight Movie for Virgin Atlantic Aaron Dykes
Prison Planet
Tuesday, May 1, 2007
Loose Change 2 will shown on Virgin Atlantic flights during the month of
May 2007. This incredible (and ironic) development has surfaced via
email and on 911Blogger. It is reported on Mercury Media, who distribute
media to various networks, studios and airlines, as the first of such
airlines to purchase the hit documentary for in-air performance.
However, many people have questioned the authenticity of this report--
as it sounds a bit too good to be true.
Alex Jones, though, has learned of the deal from Louder Than Word's
foreign distributor and confirms that it is true. It is further
confirmed under documentary listings on Virgin Atlantic's website.
r_zw=440;adsonar_zh=160;adsonar_jv=''; [input]
Virgin Atlantic's in-air magazine describes the film as follows:
Loose Change 2
'Loose Change 2 appeals to the viewer's common sense: it tells you to
forget the official explanations and the expert testimony, and trust
your eyes and your brain instead'
Time Magazine
Loose Change 2 is one of the most watched films on the internet, with
over 10 million downloads in 2006.

Perhaps putting this riveting documentary in front of a captive audience
is as good as the airline's themselves questioning the official story?
Maybe not, but it's still a win for 9/11 Truth exposure.
Europe's discount airline, Ryan Air did threaten a lawsuit over the
increase in security costs after the 20-plane terrorist scare in summer
2006, so in some cases, airlines have shown resistance to the absurdity
of the War on Terror.

Welcome to the Republic of New Hampshire!/Can this BE???

Welcome to the Republic of New Hampshire!
We thus hereby request that the legislature of New Hampshire make
the following resolution: That the State of New Hampshire is, and of
right ought to be, a free and independent state; that she is absolved
from all allegiance to the Federal Union, and that all political
connection between us and the United States of America, is and ought
to be totally dissolved; and that as a free and independent state, we
have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances,
establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which
independent states may of right do.
- From the text of our Declaration of Independence, written by
Caleb Johnson, inspired by Thomas Jefferson
It is with a deep sense of regret, and a profound feeling of loss,
that we must reluctantly recommend to the citizens of New Hampshire
that our state declare its independence from the Federal Union. As
concerned citizens, we do not take such a drastic recommendation
lightly. This group has been created for the purpose of explaining
the reasons which compel us to advise such a drastic step. It is
hoped that you will consider the evidence in the same spirit of
reflection with which it has been presented.

Milwaukee, WI 9/11 Truth Event A Great Success

Hello Truthseekers & Truthtellers,
I'm a few days late here in reporting this but anyways here's a

We plastered the walls with signs and the v911t distress flag was up

shouter in the crowd who couldn't wait until the question and answer
period so he had to go. Otherwise the event went off really well.

We got a great list of names with contact information to help us
stay connected. We were hoping for more religious clergy, firemen and
policemen to be there since we sent out over 1,200 letters by mail
but we only had a few in attendance. The people in attendance gave a
lot of positive feedback as they left. They were also very generous
to our donation jug. Take Care Matt
