White powder found at US senator's office: Bush is at it again?

NEW YORK (AFP) - Police were called to the New York offices of US Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer after a white powder was found in a letter received in the mail, police said.

Editors Note:
I believe that the White House knew the anthrax attacks on Democrats and Liberals in the Media would happen a month ahead of time, and that is why they went on cipro. Now they are using white powder to remind the Democrats they could be killed.

Rape/Fraud of Civil Liberties Powerfully Portayed - Free Video

Unconstitutional: The War on Our Civil Liberties.
Congress was not given sufficient opportunity to read the complete Patriot Act bill before signing it, and some are complaining that the signed Patriot Act is not the same as the one they were given to review. Others in Congress demanded to have the week-end to review it, but Bush rushed it through, claims DeFazio of Oregon. Barr of Georgia says that it came with an attached note requesting that Congress hold no hearings on the Patriot Act Bill before signing it. The purpose was to get the Bush/Gonzales wishes through without the checks and balances of the legislative branch. The bill was over 345 pages and printed at 3:45 am night before they were forced to sign it. DeFazio says it was not the same bill they had agreed on. Cities throughout the US have passed local ordinances making it unlawful for their local police authorities to cooperate with federal authority requests for information to facilitate charges under the Unlawful Patriot Act. Some librarians are shredding library records to facilitate American Rights of Privacy guaranteed by the Constitution and Common Law. This is a must see video. or at

Bush Moves Toward Martial Law

In a stealth maneuver, President Bush has signed into law a provision which, according to Senator Patrick Leahy (D-Vermont), will actually encourage the President to declare federal martial law (1). It does so by revising the Insurrection Act, a set of laws that limits the President's ability to deploy troops within the United States. The Insurrection Act (10 U.S.C.331 -335) has historically, along with the Posse Comitatus Act (18 U.S.C.1385), helped to enforce strict prohibitions on military involvement in domestic law enforcement. With one cloaked swipe of his pen, Bush is seeking to undo those prohibitions. Public Law 109-364, or the "John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007" (H.R.5122) (2), which was signed by the commander in chief on October 17th, 2006, in a private Oval Office ceremony, allows the President to declare a "public emergency" and station troops anywhere in America and take control of state-based National Guard units without the consent of the governor or local authorities, in order to "suppress public disorder."

October 2006 Idaho Observer Conviction of a president upon impeachment requires an objective Congress and Senate to review evidence and rule impartially. With overwhelming evidence of presidential criminality, Senate failed to convict President Clinton during an impeachment process that primarily focused on allegation he lied to cover his sexual adventures. Americans are beginning to realize an attempt to impeach President Bush would be frustrated by the deeply compromised 109th Congress, which is complicit in the 9/11 coverup, passage of the Patriot Act, the "war on terrorism" and wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, passage of the Military Commissions Act—and the exponentially-escalating federal debt to pay for it all. Where the appropriate bipartisan response to the Foley underage boy sexual predator scandal should have been disgust and outrage, Capitol Hill has been curiously silent.
